Dr. Wu practiced as a general dentist in the Lower Mainland for seven years before returning to his alma mater to complete a three-year orthodontic specialty program at the University of British Columbia. He has practiced as an orthodontist since 2020.
Dr. Wu enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them achieve a beautiful and functional smile and bite. He strives to make the orthodontic journey an enjoyable and memorable one.
Dr. Wu endeavours to stay up to date with advances in dental and orthodontic theories, innovations, and technologies. He has studied and trained at the Kois Center in Seattle and Spear Education in Arizona, and has served as a Clinical Instructor to third- and fourth-year dental students at UBC for numerous years. Dr. Wu is also honoured to be a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a designation that signifies an orthodontist’s pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontics.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wu enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, playing badminton, swimming, and traveling. Hawaii and Japan are two of his favourite travel destinations. Dr. Wu also loves fast cars!
